Brass, Copper, Galvanized steel, Plastic or Lead; these are the possible options for water service lines entering your home. Identifying which you have is generally quick and easy. Although we are not aware of any lead service lines connected to our system, you can follow the EPA's interactive guide to determine what your water service line is made of.

Although we are not aware of any water service lines in our distribution system containing lead material, should it be discovered we will work with the homeowner to formulate a plan to replace it. A variety of state and federal grants are available to help with the associated costs.
